Skylark Heights West
This 1958 ranch was in need of a modern connection. The narrow kitchen on the front of the house was separated from the main family room by both a basement stair and the existing dining room.
Relocating the kitchen to the center of the home allowed for the much desired connection to the family room and relocated dining room. The existing kitchen space was reallocated as a sitting room near the front entry and laundry room with easy access from the kitchen and garage entry.
The Owner's growing extended family can now be all together for family and friends events.
