Skylark Heights East

The original kitchen was a dark and enclosed space that did not allow for the entertaining the homeowner desired.  By removing the existing wall between the kitchen and living room, the room now allows for flexibility and great light from multiple sides of the home.

The wood beam ceiling was retained as a unique and cozy feature that brings interest and warmth to the space. Working with the existing dark oak window trim and medium oak floors, the white cabinets and light countertops brighten the space and provides a nice contrast in material and color tone.

The Tributary team worked closely with the home owner on the design, material selections, and construction.
