This house offered great square footage and a three car garage needed to be more connected. The kitchen needed more space for it's family to host family get togethers and provide a work space for adventurous cooking. Better access the to sunroom from the house and sunroom to the exterior patio would make for a better connection to the backyard. New consistent flooring and fresh finishes would bring all the first floor rooms together for a more cohesive feel.

With the help of a few new structural headers, small doorways became welcome welcoming transitions from room to room. Enlarging and re-orientating the kitchen was achieved be absorbing the adjacent dining area.
